Writtle CARDS

Writtle CARDS are always looking for new members to join the group, both on and off stage!

New performers are always welcome. The more actors a Director has to choose from, the more likely they are to be able to cast their ideal play. Come and show off your talents with us!

You need to become a member before you can audition. Membership is paid annually, renewable at the AGM, with rates as follows:

• Individual Membership - £25.00
• Joint Membership (couples) - £35.00
• Students - £10.00

Members who are cast in a production are also asked to pay a £15.00 performance fee for each production. This covers some of the costs of scripts, costumes, props, etc, which are all sourced by the backstage crew.

For every production there is a long list of jobs that we need willing volunteers to take on, without whom we wouldn't be able to produce anything at all.  More information about our production roles can be found on the Backstage page.

Whether on stage or off stage, you don't need to have any experience, just an interest and enthusiasm to get involved, and availability to get to our Rehearsal Lodge!
